What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 20 bags per colour per size.

How much does shipping cost?

The Netherlands:
Letter – mailbox post:€ 3,25 (Orders too thick to fit into a mailbox will be shipped as a parcel)
Parcel (Package): € 6,95
(Orders above 50 Euro will be shipped as a parcel).

Letter – mailbox post: € 3,99 - 6,75 (Orders too thick to fit into a mailbox will be shipped as a parcel)
Parcel (Package): € 11,00
(Orders above 50 Euro will be shipped as a parcel).

Rest of Europe:
Letter – mailbox post: € 6,75
Parcel (Package): From €13,00 (Depending on destination)

Does Organza Store deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, for foreign clients it is possible to order at the Organza Store webshop/
Payements can be done by using Paypal, Sofortbanking, MisterCash or banktransfer.
(You can find our IBAN and BIC code on the invoice or on the Contact webpage).

Do I have to create an account to order on the Organza Store webshop?
No, it is possible to place an order without creating an account. However, you can’t use the advantages as listed below:
- You only have to enter your data once. Next time you order everything is already known in the system.
- You are able to see your previous orders.
- Extra opportunities like: Wishlist, multiple delivering addresses, reviews, etc.

You can create an account in the Check-Out by selecting “Create account for next visit”. The only extra action you have make is entering a password.

How can I pay?
We do have four different options:

Bank transfer. After ordering you will receive an e0mail with payment details.

Regular customers can pay afterwards.

What is Secure Shopping?
To shop in a secure environment Organza Store make use of SSL Certificates.
The SSL protocol is used to protect our customers, ensuring the online transactions remain confidential. A web page should use encryption expected to submit confidential data, including credit card details, passwords or any personal information.
You can recognise a secured page by a “padlock” in your browser and the HTTPS in the URL instead of HTTP.

When can I order as a “Regular Customer”
You can order as a regular customer when your company is doing business with us for a long time.
Because of an increased amount of outstanding debts we have to be very strict in this.
Customer accounts with only a mobile phone and e-mail addresses such like Gmail, Hotmail and Live are excluded from this service.

What is the delivery time?
When product is in stock: Order is shipped within one working day (after payment is received).
When product is out of stock it can takes up to three weeks. Organza Store will contact you in such case. Orders payed by IDEAL before 15:00 hrs on a working day will normally be shipped at the same working day.


I can’t place the order because the Shopping cart system is not working. Can I order in a different way?

What is “hight drawstring” or hight ribbon?
The hight drawstring is the hight of the organza bag where you can close it.
With flat organza bags it is important to check the dimensions of your product. Not only the length of the bag is important also the width of the bag is. For example: The length of a bag can be longer that the length of your product, but it is also depending of the width of your product whether the product will fit.
